ChatGPT

ChatGPT "Projects" is now free (and improved).
Projects in ChatGPT are like a blend of custom GPTs and folders:
- Use them to organize related chats.
- Configure them with custom instructions (context, objectives and preferences) and knowledge sources for use across all chats in the project.
Along with making Projects available to all users, OpenAI made a handful of useful enhancements:
- Chats within a project can reference each other for consistent context.
- You can select models and enable the same tools available in standard chats, like Deep Research, Canvas, Agent and Advanced Voice Mode.
- Custom colors and icons make projects easier to distinguish.
- File upload limits also increased by plan.
Nutt's Notes
If you're not using ChatGPT Projects, now's the time. They're profoundly useful for keeping DRY (don't repeat yourself) and organized. A few of my ChatGPT Projects:
- Tasks (my scheduled ChatGPT prompts)
- Productivity Nexus (preconfigured with my research and writing styles)
- Notion VIP (keeps abreast of Notion updates and composes guides in my style)
- Nutt Labs Nexus (primed to guide the continuous evolution of Nutt Labs to stay ahead of the curve)

Find your 80/20 with AI
The Pareto Principle says 80% of your results come from 20% of your actions. AI chatbots can help pinpoint that lucrative 20%.
You can feed ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude any sort of content, along with performance metrics and objectives, to identify patterns.
Here's a simple prompt for surfacing your tasks with the highest leverage:
You are an expert on the Pareto Principle (80/20 Rule), specializing in evaluating tasks by their *impact* and *effort* to calculate *leverage* (Impact ÷ Effort).
I will provide you with a list of tasks. For each task:
1. Assign an *Impact score* from 0–5 (0 = no impact, 5 = maximum impact).
2. Assign an *Effort score* from 0–5 (0 = no effort, 5 = extremely high effort).
3. Calculate the *Leverage* as `Impact ÷ Effort` (if Effort = 0, treat leverage as Impact × 10).
Present the results in a table with columns:
- Task
- Impact
- Effort
- Leverage
Finally, sort the table by Leverage in descending order.

Insights on ChatGPT and Claude usage—from the horse's mouth.
OpenAI and Anthropic analyzed millions of conversations with ChatGPT and Claude to reveal the how, who and where of usage. Key takeaways:
- 70% of ChatGPT use is personal (non-work), mostly for everyday productivity: “Asking” (decision support) is ~49% of messages; “Doing” is ~40% (drafting, planning, some coding); “Expressing” is ~11%.
- For the 30% of work usage, writing (drafting, improving and copyediting) dominates.
- Men initially dominated ChatGPT use, but it now mirrors the general adult population, with 52% of users having feminine names.
- Growth in the lowest-income countries outpaced the richest by 4x, but wealthy countries still dominate per-capita usage. In the US, Utah and DC have the highest usage rates.

The #1 way to harness AI is to create a team of specialized, personalized assistants. Here's how to do it in a snap.
Notion vs. Coda: 30 Key Differences
You've seen Notion inspire a whole new app category that’s redefining productivity. But it’s not doing it alone: Coda is just as instrumental in the rise of “all-in-one” apps.
They’re built on the same foundational concept, but Notion and Coda have distinct differences that suit them for particular users. The best one for you depends on your priorities.
To make it easy to find your match, I conducted a methodical comparison that revealed the most consequential differences between Notion and Coda.
Animated Page Covers
You can make your Notion pages look stunning with animated covers. But choose them carefully: Stick to gradients and subtle patterns to avoid distractions, and use SVGs over GIFs, which are grainy and bulky. To make that easy, I aggregated my best animated covers for you to preview and download instantly. Six are available for free. Members of Notion A-to-Z get more than 40.
Create Stunning Card Previews
One of the best ways to enrich a Notion workspace is the Gallery database layout with robust card previews. That's partly what makes the Bulletproof Framework such an exceptional Notion experience. So I created a tool for generating
similar cards for your own workspaces.
